Fuse shall endeavour at all times to take responsible steps to ensure that there are no breaches of security on the web site.

Fuse accepts no liability or responsibility for any error, omission, technical inaccuracies, and typographical errors, made on the website either by itself or any of its users.

Fuse reserves the right without notice to you, to remove any material from the web site or to suspend or alter the operation of the website or any of the services contained therein at its sole discretion or for legal or technical reasons.  Fuse will endeavour as far as possible to give you as much notice as possible and if able.

Whilst Fuse shall commit to providing you with as much accurate and truthful material as possible in the website, you should not rely upon any such opinion or recommendation by Fuse of the goods and services available and professional advice should be sought before purchasing any item on the web site or before entering into any legally binding agreement.

Fuse will not be responsible for any failure to provide the services, or unavailability of the site as a result of any circumstances that are beyond its control and the user understands that any relevant fees will still be payable in these circumstances

Fuse is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the overall integrity of the internet. To that end, we are disclosing here any issues related to privacy in the collection by Fuse of personally identifiable information from our users.

Fuse Jobs and/or our partners may contact you by post or telephone with details of products, services and promotions. In the case of e-mail and SMS this correspondence will only be sent to those users who have opted in to receive communications via these methods.

All our email and SMS correspondence includes an unsubscribe option.

We reserve the right to disclose information about member usage and demographics to advertisers and partners, but in anonymous aggregate form only. Fuse Jobs will not reveal your personal identity in connection with the disclosure of such information.

9. What do we collect?

We gather statistical information collectively about all visitors to this website regarding page and service usage.  We only use such data in aggregate form.  This information helps us to improve the services we offer our visitors.

So that we can provide a tailored service, upon registration we will ask you to submit information such as your name, e-mail address, password, gender, date of birth, qualifications and/or location. You are under no obligation to provide such information. However if you withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services.

12. What do we do with the information we collect?

• Following an assessment of your requirements, for matching your coded details with vacancies, to assist us in finding you a new position;
• To periodically keep you informed our services;
• For compiling salary and other market surveys.

We may perform statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure relative consumer interest in the various areas of our site (for product development purposes) and to inform advertisers as to how many consumers have seen or 'clicked' their advertising banners.

We may periodically send you email updates on Fuse and services offered by us and our partners or advertisers. Only those users who have opted in to receive these communications via email or SMS will receive this information via these methods.

13. Who do we share the information with?

We will only share the information with carefully chosen, reputable and trustworthy third parties. Fuse is a "data controller" for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.

The Content, Trade Marks, logo and/or any other part of the Site may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
